Fabian Bösch

Mag. Fabian Bösch, B.A., is an attorney and partner at GPK Pegger Kofler & Partners in Innsbruck, Austria. His main areas of expertise are privacy, IT, IP and employment law. As a certified data protection officer, he advises public institutions, companies and individuals on all aspects of GDPR compliance, IT security, data breach management, and the legally compliant implementation of digital business processes. In addition to his legal practice, Fabian Bösch serves as a lecturer in data protection and IT law at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) and the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences (FHV). He regularly gives lectures and conducts training sessions on current topics in data protection and digitalization for companies and institutions.
